JADE Image Management and Reporting System

A cloud-based imaging, reporting, and archiving platform designed to connect the procedure room directly to the patient’s clinical record. Built on the CloudEndo platform, JADE combines high-resolution image and video capture, clinical reporting, and a cloud-based PACS/VNA environment where complete endoscopy studies can be securely stored, retrieved, reviewed, and shared from virtually anywhere. DICOM connectivity enables JADE to communicate with existing PACS and medical imaging environments, while EMR/EHR integration supports synchronized patient information, procedure worklists, and the return of completed reports and imaging data into established clinical workflows. With browser-based access, secure cloud storage, offline synchronization, and integration capabilities designed for both independent practices and enterprise healthcare environments, JADE replaces the traditional isolated endoscopy workstation with a connected platform built around the complete lifecycle of the endoscopic study.

Highlights

    • One Patient. Every Image. One Platform: JADE extends beyond endoscopy to create a unified imaging record across the continuum of care. DICOM studies from C-Arm/fluoroscopy, X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and Endoscopy can be captured or routed into a single cloud-based archive, allowing physicians to access imaging from multiple modalities without moving between separate departmental systems.
    • A Cloud PACS Built for More Than Storage: JADE combines a vendor-neutral cloud archive with a browser-based DICOM viewer for image review, windowing, annotations, measurements, cine playback, side-by-side comparisons, and procedural video. Endoscopic stills and video can live alongside traditional radiology studies, giving clinicians a more complete longitudinal view of the patient’s imaging history.
    • Connect the Procedure Room to the Patient Record: DICOM connectivity and EMR/EHR integration bring imaging and clinical documentation together. Patient demographics and procedure orders can flow into the JADE worklist, while completed reports and associated imaging can be returned to the clinical record—reducing duplicate data entry and helping maintain continuity between the procedure room, radiology, and the broader healthcare enterprise.
    • Access Imaging Without Being Tied to a Workstation: Authorized users can securely review studies, procedural video, images, and reports through a web browser or supported desktop workflow rather than returning to a dedicated reporting station. Multi-location organizations can centralize imaging across facilities, while secure sharing and patient/referrer access extend the study beyond the walls of the hospital or ASC. Offline DICOM capture can continue locally when connectivity is unavailable and synchronize automatically when service is restored.

Simplified User Interface

  • Designed Around the Clinical Workflow: CloudEndo’s streamlined interface keeps patient studies, images, video, reports, and prior examinations organized within a single workspace, reducing the need to navigate between multiple applications during documentation and review.
  • Find What You Need, Faster: A clean patient-centric layout provides quick access to current and historical studies, allowing physicians to move from the patient record to imaging, video, comparison studies, and reporting with fewer steps.
  • Powerful Imaging Without a Complicated Viewer: Familiar, intuitive controls provide access to DICOM viewing, measurements, annotations, cine playback, image comparison, and procedural media without the complexity traditionally associated with enterprise PACS workstations.
  • Consistent Access Across Locations: The browser-based GUI provides a familiar experience whether JADE is accessed from the procedure area, physician office, hospital, ASC, or another authorized location—helping reduce training requirements while keeping the same core workflow available across the organization.

Patient Information Stays In-tact

  • Patient Information Without the Repetitive Data Entry: A streamlined patient and procedure interface keeps demographics, procedure details, clinical history, findings, and documentation organized within a single workflow, with the ability to synchronize orders and patient information from the EMR.
  • Images and Video Built Directly Into the Patient Record: Captured endoscopy images and procedural video remain associated with the individual study, giving physicians immediate access to visual documentation while completing the report. Selected images can be embedded directly into the final clinical report without moving files between separate applications.
  • Reporting Designed to Get From Procedure to Signature Faster: Procedure-specific templates bring findings, images, and clinical documentation together in an intuitive reporting environment with physician sign-off, amendment workflows, and one-click PDF generation. Completed reports can then be automatically pushed back to the connected EMR.
  • Review the Entire Study From One Screen: Physicians can move between the report, captured still images, procedural video, and previous studies without leaving the patient workflow. Video can be reviewed with frame extraction, while images can be annotated, measured, compared side-by-side, and incorporated into the permanent clinical record.

A Report Writer That Is Efficient

  • AI That Helps Write—Not Diagnose: JADE’s integrated AI-assist is designed to improve documentation efficiency, not provide diagnostic guidance or make clinical decisions. Using the clinical information entered by the physician, AI helps organize and draft report language while the findings, interpretation, and final report remain under the clinician’s control.
  • Turn Clinical Inputs Into a Structured Draft: Procedure details, physician-entered findings, observations, and other clinical inputs can be used to generate clear, organized report language—reducing repetitive typing and allowing the endoscopist to move more efficiently from completed procedure to completed documentation.
  • Review, Edit and Sign With the Physician in Control: AI-generated content remains a draft until reviewed by the provider. Physicians can modify, add, or remove information before completing the established sign-off workflow, keeping clinical judgment and responsibility exactly where they belong—with the treating clinician.
  • Images, Findings and Reporting in One Workflow: JADE brings procedural reporting together with captured images and video, procedure-specific templates, and the patient’s imaging record. Selected images can be incorporated into the report, with completed documentation exported to PDF or pushed back into the connected EMR—creating a more direct path from procedure to finalized clinical record.
  • Your Report Should Look Like Your Organization: JADE allows the final PDF report to be customized around the healthcare organization rather than forcing every facility into a standardized report appearance. Branding, logos, headers, footers, physician and facility information, section organization, and report presentation can be configured to create a professional document that looks and feels like it came directly from your hospital, ASC, or practice.
  • Build the Report Around Your Workflow—not the Software’s: Procedure-specific templates can be configured around the information your physicians actually document, with clinical inputs, free-text content, structured fields, images, and other elements organized into the finished report. Provation Apex and NewCura also offer customizable physician templates, but their public positioning emphasizes structured/template-driven documentation; JADE can differentiate by emphasizing flexibility in both how information is captured and how the final document is presented.
  • Make Images Part of the Report, Not an Attachment: Selected procedural images can be incorporated directly into the finished PDF alongside findings and clinical documentation. Because JADE combines reporting with its broader imaging platform, physicians can work with the study’s images and video within the same environment used to create the report rather than treating media as a separate documentation workflow. CloudEndo specifically supports reports with embedded images, PDF export, and EMR push-back.
  • From Finished Report to EMR in One Workflow: Once reviewed and signed, the customized PDF becomes a portable clinical document that can be archived with the study, delivered back to the connected EMR, securely shared, or made available through the appropriate clinical portal. The same report remains connected to the underlying imaging study rather than becoming an isolated document sitting inside the EMR.
  • AI-Assisted Documentation Without AI-Directed Medicine: JADE can use physician-entered clinical information to help construct and organize report language, reducing repetitive documentation while leaving diagnosis, interpretation, recommendations, and final approval with the clinician. This gives you a particularly clean message: AI helps build the report; the physician makes the clinical decisions.
